Libera
“Libera” is a network of associations, social cooperatives, secular and religious movements, scout groups, and schools united in the commitment against mafias, crime, corruption, and those who fuel them. They advocate for a society that places social justice, the pursuit of truth, the protection of rights, and transparency in politics at its core.
Over the years, from its foundation in 1995 to the present day, Libera has activated and promoted numerous projects and initiatives, remaining firmly anchored to its fundamental principles. These include the promotion of Law 109/96 on confiscated assets, the valorization of the memory of innocent victims of mafias and support for their families, and engagement in schools. This involves the participation of thousands of students, teachers, and researchers in educational programs promoting legality.
Libera is a common home to be lived together, with commitment, passion, and smiles, to finally free the country from mafias, corruption, and illegality.
