Our Mission
Giving a different future to boys and girls, guaranteeing them the protection of fundamental rights.
The Isla ng Bata House is located in the Philippines, a family home that welcomed its first little guests in 2010. Our mission is to guarantee boys and girls, who have histories of abandonment and violence, a safe place in which living, hot meals, quality education and adequate medical and specialist care. We are also close to the local community with various projects, supporting the village school, creating job opportunities for young Filipinos in the district and promoting local associations.
In India we are present with a Day Center in Gurgaon, an area hit hard by poverty, just over half an hour from New Delhi. Thanks to our operators on site, we have managed to welcome hundreds of children who in recent years have been taken away from the streets and from exploitation and followed in their education. Only through education is it possible to hope for a different future. In the Isla ng Bata Day Center, children follow lessons, can count on a hot meal and a snack every day and are supported with all their school expenses.
