The Project
On March 17, 2024, by running the Run Rome The Marathon with a Francesca Rava Foundation bib, you will support the Palla al centro project and the activities organized by the Foundation for the benefit of the youths detained at the Casal del Marmo Juvenile Penal Institute in Rome.
In particular, you will be able to contribute to the upgrading works of the detention spaces where the youths spend their time.
Palla al Centro (Ball in the center)
The image of the ball in the center brings with it great emotions, related to the restart of the game after a goal. With reference to the project, the title is symbolic of the restart of the boys for whom the Judicial Authority has established a period of detention, which can and should represent an opportunity for growth for juvenile offenders, through their effective awareness of the consequences generated by their actions, and their potential, with a view to the youths’ future social and labor reintegration.
