Fondazione Claudio Nobis
Claudio Nobis Foundation was born at the beginning of 2019 from the desire of Elena Croce, Claudio’s wife, to honor the memory of her husband, a professional journalist since 1964 who passed away in November 2018 .
Claudio Nobis has dedicated his entire life to journalism and has specialized in different areas of the automotive, mobility and nautical sectors. At 26 he founded and directed his first nautical monthly magazine “Forza 7” over the years he has worked in many national newspapers and sector periodicals, including public and private television and radio. From 1980 to 2005 he was responsible for the automotive division at “La Repubblica” and created several innovative editorial products which are still a point of reference for the entire sector today. From 1990 to 2006 he was also one of the six Italian members of the European “Car of the Year” jury.
The foundation was created with the exclusive aim of developing and disseminating culture, particularly among young people, through every form of training and scientific and social study, in the fields of automotive, cinema and theatre.
