Banca delle Visite is a nonprofit foundation operating throughout Italy with the mission of protecting the right to Health for all while promoting Prevention and the overall physical and psychological well-being of vulnerable individuals. Thanks to the support of private citizens and partner companies (“Aziende Amiche”), we carry out concrete initiatives every day to defend healthcare as a universal good, with full respect and care for those who cannot afford even a simple medical check-up.
The Foundation operates in three main areas:
“BDV HUMANS” provides specialist consultations and medical checkup to people in need, and realize Prevention campaigns to make healthcare accessible to everyone.
“Banca delle Visite PET” covers veterinary check-ups and vaccinations for the pets of vulnerable people.
“Banca dello SPORT” promotes access to sports for children and young people experiencing social isolation or family difficulties, by covering the cost of mandatory sports medical exams and providing multidisciplinary medical support if needed.
