Dianova is a non-profit organization that has been working in the field of substance addiction for over 40 years.
Every year, in the five Therapeutic Communities it runs, Dianova supports hundreds of people in rewriting their life stories.
At the Rome Marathon, Dianova runs for the project “Beyond Addiction, Towards New Directions”, dedicated to women hosted at the Palombara Sabina Community (Rome). The project aims to support tailored programs (self-defense courses, gender-based violence prevention, health education, etc.) designed to address the specific needs of women facing addiction. This is a complex issue not only because women often find it more difficult to ask for help, but also because violence, stigma, and economic vulnerability represent real barriers.
